The Purple Onion...
Has anybody been to this place? My girlfriend and I heard that they have an adult arcade and we want to check it out this Saturday. Anyone have any experience with this place?
where is this place? and please tell me more about it.

The original Purple Onion USED to be on the corner of 12th Ave and Division St., in town. It is closed now - and has been for a year or so. (A g/f and I went there a couple years ago. She was dolled up in a short skirt, no panties, and CFM pumps. We had fun 'shopping' and doing some fucking in the video booths.)
The second PO to open is still on Nolensville Rd. and I just did a websearch and found another one (new?) on Dickerson Pike.
Never been to any of the Purple Onion stores besides the one I mentioned. Others may have more info - or maybe I'll get curious and check 'em out myself <g>... Punkin
Been to all of them. Mostly men hanging out. Lots of gays. We found them to be dirty when we visited. It may vary from time to time, but we never saw much from them.

Both locations of Purple onion no longer have booths. The only place in town I know of now,(and has always been my favorite) Is the "House of thrills" on 4th ave. It's an old house converted into 3 theaters. 2 upstairs and one down(2 straight, one gay). It is very clean, all theaters have several couches and thecrowd is usually polite with the ladies. It is $10.00 for 8 hour ticket and Ladies are free when with a man.

I was in there this afternoon. There were several guys in each of the rooms, many were gay or bi. A couple came in and stayed for a short time. They were not bothered. They left but advised they would return. I had to leave so I am not sure if they did. The vids left alot to be desired. But it was OK.

I found another good bookstore/theater not too far a drive from Nashville. It is on I-65 at exit 53? in Kentucky (cave city area) Biggest dang store I have ever been in! They have many booths but do not allow ladies in the booth area??? Not sure why. But a nice theater, and the day I was there, I ran into a very nice couple that loved to play!

Curly, tell us more about hustler hollywood. Is it a book store? Do they have booths? Do the booths have doors?
BTW, I stopped in the purple onion Mon. The booths are back open but they have no doors on them and it is VERY brightly lit in there. $5 to enter the booth area, stay as long as you like. All booths have vids playing. I saw no cpls, only 2 gays trolling and one guy like me "just checking the place out". I'd like to find another place that has booths. Fill me in if you know of one. Email me.
Wife and I went into the Purple Onion video booths a few years back. As soon as we closed the door to our booth, we could hear the booths on either side of us filling up. We knew there were guys on either side listening for any sign of action. She sucked me a little, but it was really too dirty to be too aroused.
When we were leaving, we saw that some booths had holes cut in the walls for inter-booth play.
Hustler Hollywood is nothing like that. It's a big, upscale adult store. They sell videos and clothing and stuff, and have a cappucino bar. Good place to buy stripper shoes and clothes.

I once came in the back of the PO on Nolensville road and had a fit because 10 cops were in there; turned out some guy had locked himself in a room and had a heart attack and died. Made me think how I did not want my family to learn of my death like that. The PO on Dickerson Pk is one of those places you enter holding your wallet with one hand and your balls with the other.
