Hot spot for sat nite

been to the parking lots along the Ottawa parkway a few times, no action, any ideas?

Are these a good place for any action? Tell me more, since I am a resident and am always on the lookout.

Richmond Rd. just past Bell's Corners. The parking lot on the right just before Hunt Club W.
Sarsparilla Trail.
