accually south of fort myers beach and just after lovers key state park/// big Bonita water tower east side of the road/// beach to the west// don't know if you can walk into it, most access is by boat./.
anyone out there ... can you walk along the beach, to the south out of lovers lkey state park?? seems like a long walk..

Take a boat or Kayak to the nude side. We have enjoyed it many times and made some great friends there.

Is the nude beach still active and can anyone be more specific about where/how to get there?
Beach is still active. You can only get there by boat. The two key landmarks are the Bonita Bay beach club (large blue buildings) to the north, and the blue bonita water tower to the south. If you aim just about between the two and head for the beach you're there. Watch for shallow water.

Renting a boat in Naples. Tried to get there a couple of years ago. Shallow water a problem. Could anyone give me better directions. Numbered markers....etc. I know how to read charts so the more detialed you get the better. WIll be there the week of 7/6

Most people come from outside. inside can be trickier because of shallow water.
