Sunshine Coast nude spots

I am new on the Sunshine Coast, and at Kawana. I am looking for a beach where I can go nude however rely on public transport and I have a condition in my legs which prevents me walking long distances so there is no way I can get to Alex Bay. I read that Coolum has a beach called 3rd bay (or 3rd cove) but don't know where it is.

What about the long stretch of beach between Kawana and Caloundra or the one north of Maoochydore?

I know there are no official nude beaches in Queensland but willing to use unofficial beaches but would appreciate advice on patrols, rangers etc.
