Bob and Barbara's is located at 15th and South St in Philadelphia. There is always a good mix of people! A great place for single women and couples to meet BLACK MEN! A good time to get there is about 8pm til closing. By the way there is great jazz music( the band is called the Crowd Pleasers) and drink specials. There are plenty of hotels in the Center City area and you can make out good if you book one through Hotwire or Priceline.
