This place is a dump, and we mean dump. Just a warning, do not waster your time
We have been many times and the term DUMP is very harsh. It is an older hotel, but very clean. We have been many times and always had fun. There is a lot of bashing of the Rooftop from another swing hotel in Ft Lauderdale area. Most of the negative comments come from them.
The place is in Hollywood on the beach.

in the last year rooftop has renovated all the rooms and installed tiki huts on the roof with new lounge chairs. fun place to hang out at during the day,and can be pretty steamy at night also. 1 block from the beach and plenty of resteraunts near by. they have a web site check it out.

Have been a few times, and met some great folks and have had some good fun. It is an older hotel but we were satisfied with it. Sometimes some pushy singles to be wary of.
We have been back to the Rooftop in the last few months. Most of the rooms have been renovated. It is an older hotel, but clean. The pool is great for getting a nice overall tan without the hassle of going to Haulover Beach. At night the hotel turns into a swing club. Check out their website for more information on that.

Hello folks
Latest update on rooftop.we are a mature couple who visits Hollywood Florida twice a year.when we were there in 2021 I wanted to take the wife and check the place out.but we couldn't make it.this past December we were there again in Hollywood.i decided I was not going to miss again.so I took my wife and went..it was a week day.and we went around noonish.we got all the instructions from the receptionist and paid our 40$ day pass.on our way up to the roof top,we stopped on every floor to check it out.the main floor was very clean and nice.the playrooms,dance floor etc.we went all the way up and made our selves comfortable.there were two or three couples who were naked by the pool area.as the time went by 3to 4 single guys showed up.eventually after wife had couple of shots I persuaded her to jump in the pool naked.she was reluctant first.but after some reassurance we both got in the pool completely naked with two other couple as.we had a nice conversation.
Bottom line is the place is very clean and tidy.never saw anyone behaving bad.everyone was very respectful.love to go on a weekend when they have parties.i got really aroused going in to the play area.but there were no one.and wife didn't wanted to play.

I was just down in Hollywood on business staying at another hotel next to Rooftop, it was a Saturday night, I went alone, (shhh dont tell the wife), I had a great time, met some really nice couples, I'm not and wasn't pushy, I was invited to two rooms to play with wives, went to both and had a blast. The place is an older hotel, but I thought it was nice and clean, the two rooms I was in were great and the ladies were even better. I reccomend it for sure.
