I used to go to a lot of Philly strip clubs a few years ago but slowed way down after we had kids. I've been to most of the area clubs at some point or another, bu don't remember stumbling on any amateur nights or seeing any ads for such a thing.

Try this instead... If she's even bi-curious, go to the club and let her talk and flirt with the guys near you at the bar or table. When she gets up to go to the bathroom, tell the friendliest guy he should offer to get your wife a lap dance in the back, but only if they get one together.
