Gold Coast fun spots

We're coming to the Gold Coast in August, staying fairly near the airport. I know there are still no official nude beaches there but is there an unofficial one which is safe (no perverts or police raids!).
Is there a bar running wet t-shirt contests?
Is there a good topless bar/restaurant or strip joint in that area?

catch a bus to seaworld , opp there its called the spit .. many km of sand dunes and beach , lots go nude there for all sorts of things
