My wife and I went camping in Maine a couple years ago place called Donnells pond had private camp sites only accessible by boat or hiking a short distance we stayed two nights on a big beach then kayaked to a more secluded area that we were able to hang out naked all day second day another couple moved into camp site next to us we were naked on the beach and didn't hear them we grabbed our towels to cover up they said don't worry they were ok if we were we watched them settle in and shed their cloths at their site and dive in the water on a very hot day the beginning of a very fun few days. Going back this year has anyone ever been there and is this common there we had heard that the camp sites are state owned and only checked on once a week by a ranger for clean up. We only saw one naked person on the main beach one morning bathing in the early morning but she didn't seem to be bothered that we were sitting on the beach watching her. Plan on going the week after the 4th of July does anyone know this place?

No, we have a summer home in the lakes region, wish there were nude beaches etc in Maine to visit. Donnells is truly out in the middle of no where
