Top less on ME. Beaches?
Last year while vacationing in a prominent ME. Beach community, a beach patrol officer to me that there were no laws in ME. Prohibiting women from being top less on the beach, just like men. He stated he could only request that a lady please reapply her top. Could anyone lend any credence to this? Is it fact or fiction?

State is so backward regarding nudity, book stores etc. Im sure they'd find something to cause difficulties for u! just go to Maine Penal Code to research
