Last summer I was told, by a beach patrol police officer, in a prominent area, that there were no laws in Maine prohibiting women from going top less on ME. Beaches. Like men women can be top less on the beach, and all a patrolling officer can do is request that the lady please wear a top. Can anyone lend any credence or insight into this? Fact or fiction?
