Avenal nj south side of rt 9 clean and friendly. I Agree with this poster. Took my very conservative wife there to buy some toys. It was clean, smelled fresh, not creepy feeling. We didn't go to the video side but the if the retail side is any indicator it's a nice place, well run. Nice people running it too.
Peek a view in Toms River has booths & a GH. I've brought a few ladies there.

Berlin News Agency on rt 73s in Berlin. Been there a few times and have even taken a young lady there before. Video booth with gh and nice movie theater also.

Gemni and Berlin News, both busted for prostitution in the past, so beware. Berlin is definitely low-brow and always dirty. Lots of trolls as well. Last time I was there, folks were using the place as a flop house. Red Barn across the street is better, but dirty as well. There's a small bookstore on 206 in Bordentown with three small theaters, very friendly and although warm is cleaner than most I've ever been to.
