Stopped by to day the female clerk said they would copy my id before being allowed into the movie arcade ??.
If you read the "application" as well, you will see that they do take effort to keep out riff raff. They shred them every 24 hours, or at least that's what they say. I've never had any problems. I've been there a couple of times.

is this place good to flash and tease as you walk around?
It is the perfect place for that, if you go upstairs. If you do any flashing down stairs, you have to be pretty discreet.
