The place your thinking of is Boogie Nights at the Tropicana Hotel/Casino.
The first Friday of every month, they hold a Cougar/Cub party. Women over 40 and guys under 30 get in free. Everyone else its only $5 until 10pm, then its $10.
If you're into older women, this is the place to be. Women outnumber men about 3 to 1, and they're on the prowl and not afraid to make the first move.
