There are not any in Tampa. Closest is at Canaveral National Seashore in Titusville.

Passage key in Tampa bay is a great nude boating spot. You need a boat to get there but it is a great place to shed your clothes and see a lot of other boaters doing the same.
Get a day pass for Lake Como or Caliente in Tampa...nice pools and bars and get nude as you want

You can go totally nude at ANY public beach Until the cops arrive. Then ....... you get a free ride to the county jail, you get your picture taken, you get a bologna sandwich (2 or 3 days old) ... and free room and board for a couple of days at least !
