What do you consider central nj? Mount holly or seaside area?
I think you have started the pork roll vs. Taylor ham debate. Central NJ, isn't a real place to some people. But let's clarify. Seaside is clearly the jersey shor area. Mt Holly is south jersey. Central jersey, is between the shore and north nj. So towns like Edison, the Plainfields, most of union and Middlesex County.

Cuzin's in Marlboro and Buona Sera in Red Bank on Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights. Both are meet (meat) markets.
Has anyone been to Portobellos recently?? Is it still active?? Want to bring my wife someplace for the same reason as Baldie.
