Best place to take wife on a weekday for fun?

Wife is accompanying me on a work trip in July and I'm looking for feedback on the best place to take her, we're only there Monday-Thursday, so what is my best bet for a weekday evening?

It sounds like Lidos, Bliss, or Collette's are the best options? Any suggestions on which would be best where she would get the most attention and action?
