Can anyone tell me when the best time is to see some dogging action at Gandy? How about couples that like to a little bit more, as in maybe a handjob or oral for the third party?
Too cold this time of the year try more towards summer time. The adult theatres in tampa are decent.

There is no dogging anywhere in this area that I know of.
