The 4c Social Club is the oldest club in the New Orleans area that cateres to the lifestyle. Crescent City Couples Club. They've been around a long time and and can be very harsh towards newbies, so unless you have thick skin, don't bother. They're quite cliquish and closed unless you're both truly a barbie and ken then the old farts fantasise that they actually have a chance.

Colettes is a European style sex club (no it's NOT a swingers club contrary to popular myth) on gravier street downtown. They allow single men in every night they are open EXCEPT for saturdays which is reserved for couples, and single women are FREE anytime.

You can watch, participate, hook up, sit in the theatre, and on sat and fri nights dance downstairs in the lounge if you like european techno pop played at deafening decibels.

Overall it's very friendly, clean, and safe as they quickly escort out anyone who gets too drunk or causes any kind of disruption or discomfort to the guests (ladies)...

Nice place to go and relax and meet some truly friendly and down to earth folks.

In reply to Voyeurcouple, the 4C's stands for "Crescent City Couples Connection". We have always allowed singles in but, we are primarily a couples club. WE have never been associated with the "Crescent City Couples Club" that was closed in the late 70's due to drugs being allowed to proliferate.
We are the oldest club in the metro area established in 1993 and we are responsible for bringing back the swinging lifestyle in the New Orleans area. All clubs the "French Connection", that has gone national with Conventions, "Close Encounters" on the gulf coast, "Fantasies" have started because of us. They were all members of the 4c Socials at one time or another. We were the breeding grounds for those other clubs to open. 98% of their rules and policies almost word for word were copied directly from us. We may not see eye to eye on how we operate but, we all network and come together for the lifestyle. We've been here since 1993 and we're going to be here as long as the people will have us.

Perhaps the night you attended we may have had other pressing matters that didn't give us a chance to visit with you and chat a while. Maybe for some reasion we didn't get a chance to introduce you to everyone like we do for everybody especially for newbies. Maybe the couple that you approached rejected you for what ever reason they felt you were not compatable. For whatever reason you feel you were slighted by us or someone in the club I offer my sincere apologies.
We are not a bunch of Ken & Barbies we are Mr. & Mrs everyday america. Some fat, some skinny, some old, some young but, mostly everything else in between. Being Cliquish? all clubs are cliquish to some extent. In high school and later in life we all know at least a 100 or so people that we are friends with but, we only associate and hang out with the few that we have common interest with.
If you make any effort to socialize with others in the club you will be taken with open arms. By the same token, if you sit there like a bump on a log you will be left alone. Our club motto has always been "a club where friendships are made not just one night stands". As far as being "Old Farts" with fantasies I'll be the 1st one to say yes I am and in 20 years when I'm 80 (I plan on living that long) I'll still be an old •••• with fantasies. Many of them I've lived over and over again and again and I've had more than just a chance.

The 4C's Social Club offers a safe, intimate, non-pressured, cozy, atmosphere to meet, mingle, dance and socialize with like minded couples and singles. We are an off-premise club located inside a Travelodge Hotel in downtown Metairie.
Entrance is by membership only B.Y.O.B. set-ups supplied. Open every Friday & Saturday night from 8Pm till. DJ, hot buffet, and themed socials every 2nd Saturdsy of the month. Pool parties every other week in the summer and Holloween, New Years Eve, and Mardi Gras Balls are extra special events during the year.
Here's a challenge for you! Come any Saturday night pay your fee's Membership & service $55 max. (less on an off week-end) Stay for 3 hours minimum. If the club and the people in attendance are not what I discribed here Identify yourslf and I'll refund your money. If it is what I discribed here retract your statements and write another review.

yes the 4c social club is still in operation and going strong. Although we sustained some damage for Katrina, we were able to open by October 1st The Hotel we are located in was leased out to a Fema contractor but, contracts are in negotiations and some rooms are available. The Hotel is being renovated and upgrated and is presently under a private franchise. The Club is open every Friday & Saturday night from 8pm - till. Average crowd on Saturday nights 20-30 couples go to our website (listed in above post) for contact information
