this district has many adult book stores, its pot luck but you can go into the theatre areas and sometimes see some good shows live and maybe be invited to participate in them.

Find & follow signs to Raymond James Stadium (where the Pro Football Bucs play) Drew Park is Northwest of the stadium about 1 mile just west of Dale Mabry Highway which goes right by the stadium, soon as you pass the stadium heading north on Dale Mabry turn left and you are in Drew Park area, many theatres and adult bookstores in area

best for couples is Playhouse although it's a bit grungy,, upstairs at the Loveshack and any of the theaters at Fantasyland.
Can play by selves or will find many willing to join,, LoveShack and Fantasyland have couples areas.
