seems marine park is still pretty hot both parking lots

Is this one of the Parking lots just off the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, not to far from the Verrazano Bridge? I saw several cars parked and middle aged people were standing outside in cold, cold temps and looking in car windows.....any help would be great info for all.....
Marine Park is located along Avenue U, a few blocks east from Gerritsen Ave. There's a parking lot there on Avenue U, and another on the far side of the park on Avenue S.
